1. Scope
These terms govern all contracts between macido and its customers for hosting, domains, SSL and IT services.
2. Money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for shared and WordPress hosting. Domain registrations and SSL certificates are excluded.
3. Customer obligations
The customer shall not use the services for illegal content, spam, or attacks on third parties. Violations may result in suspension.
4. Availability
macido targets 99.9% monthly availability. Outages due to force majeure, DDoS attacks or maintenance are excluded.
5. Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer during the previous 12 months, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
6. Governing law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office if the customer is a business.
